Thank you for choosing GrooveSpeed ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("App").

1. Information Collection and Use

GrooveSpeed is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App operates entirely on-device and does not require an account, registration, or any form of personal identification to use.

We do not have a backend server, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or measurement data to our servers. All diagnostic results remain exclusively on your device.

Sensor Data

GrooveSpeed accesses your device's Gyroscope and Accelerometer sensors to perform turntable speed measurements. This sensor data is:

• Processed entirely in real-time within the App.
• Never stored permanently beyond the current measurement session (unless you explicitly save a session result).
• Never transmitted off your device under any circumstances.

2. Local Storage

The App may store your measurement session history and preferences (such as target RPM and weighting mode) in local storage on your device. This data is used solely to display your past results within the App. You can clear this data at any time via your device's app management settings.

No network requests are made by GrooveSpeed during normal operation. The App functions entirely offline.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or advertising tracking within the App. We do not monitor your usage behavior, share any data with third parties, or use any tracking identifiers.

4. Permissions

GrooveSpeed may request the following device permissions:

• Body Sensors / Motion Sensors: Required to access the Gyroscope and Accelerometer for RPM measurements. This data is never stored or transmitted.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
