GrooveList is designed to respect your privacy. All your data, including your vinyl collection information, folders, and preferences, is stored locally on your device.
We do not have a backend server, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or your collection data to our servers. Your data stays with you.
To provide rich metadata and artwork for your vinyl collection, GrooveList makes direct network requests (both when explicitly requested and via background sync tasks) from your device to the following third-party services, depending on your app settings:
The App uses robust local storage (such as a local database and file storage) on your device to store the metadata and cached album artwork. This allows the app to function quickly and be available offline. You can clear this cached data directly from the App's settings or your device's app management options.
Additionally, you have the option to import from or export your entire collection to a local CSV file, giving you full control over your data portability.
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or advertising tracking within the App. We do not track your usage behavior or share any data with marketing or advertising companies.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
